Spencer is a retired producer and small business owner living in Austin, Texas. His business experience spans politics, video game development, workforce education and business consulting. His life experience is influenced by his love of travel, sports, animals, researching and shooting pool. He is an avid European football fan and claims the London-based Tottenham Hotspur football club as his own. Possibly a dog whisperer but more likely part dog, Spencer loves dogs and is rescue/foster advocate for all animals. He hopes to help Tina Jo’s Promise continue their wonderful work in the equine rescue field.
